The West Bohemian metropolis Pilsen is the second biggest city of the Czech Republic. It is located at the intersection of four rivers and ancient international trade routes and is an important commercial, cultural and administrative center, which put it’s name on the map with the products of its brewery and the machine building company Skoda.
The historical city center, with its market place and the restored burgher houses is an example for a perfect Old Town renovation and provides some superlatives.
